Join our Team working in a totally relaxed environment where everyone treats each other as an equal and just gets things done with no corporate bull. The main goals of your role would be to:
- drive FlexiLEX growth in Hungary
- manage Client base development in our relevant practice areas and in conjunction with our local Partners
- ensure that the sales & marketing channels in our Development Plan are fully explored and implemented.
Your activities would need to reflect FlexiLEX’ ethical values, respect our reputation for honesty and quality, and abide by the regulatory constraints of sales in the legal profession (further detailed in our Development Plan).

As Equals
Though we may hold various titles on paper, we always interact as equals, not only because we are all just specks of dust hurtling through the universe, but also because everyone – regardless of background – has something positive to contribute to any given topic.
In practice, even though someone may have the final decision and responsibility, everyone is asked, and everyone is heard.
If you interact constructively with the world and with us, all we see is a good person, and are blind to gender, age, race, religion, orientation, disabilities, politics, etc. Given that we are all weird and wonderful in some way, it's surprising that these topics are even a question for humanity in the 21st century.
As Grownup Children
We work hard at remaining children in our hearts and shielding each other from a harsh reality that tries to break our spirit. We believe that all the diplomas and experience in the world will only place you at the starting line, and excelling as a legal professional requires traits that children innately possess : creativity, curiosity, playfulness, humour, fairness, honesty, and simplicity.
At the same time, because our business is to serve others who depend on us for timely and professional advice, it is fundamental that we keep deadlines. We will never force you to accept a deadline (there is always another solution) but if you do accept one, barring a medical emergency, we expect you to keep your promise.
The corollary is that we are all entirely free to manage our own schedules, and we can work from wherever we’d like, even fully remotely. So if you want to work on a contract in your swimsuit on a tropical island, that’s entirely up to you as long as you keep the deadline you accepted (and invite us).
As the Strange & Unusual
If your CV says you went to law school, got an internship, and started working, then it’s quite possible you missed out on some of what life has to offer away from the beaten path. Perhaps though it’s not too late for you to start exploring what it’s like doing things differently at FlexiLEX. Perhaps you’ve also grown tired of clocking in, presenteeism, meetings, office politics, nepotism, and other forms of corporate BS, and just want to enjoy working on interesting topics within a team of kind professional people?
