No joke: a recent example of how comedic material is protected by copyright upon performance or other recording.

Beware the “copyleft troll”! “Copyright trolls target people who know, or should know, that they’re not allowed to use or copy a work. Copyleft trolls target people who correctly believe that they are allowed to use a work, but who make minor administrative errors.” Even if you are using a supposedly safe place like a CC (Creative Commons) search engine, you need to be very careful when using (=licensing) an image.

Yet another reason to opt for free open-source alternatives to Adobe software, which will require users to pay extra for the Pantone colours that they already paid to license. Does anyone remember Flash? Just saying…
