FlexiFLAGTM parses any contract and highlights a tailored and modifiable set of keywords that appear in the document. These shift focus to clauses that are often risky (e.g. liability) and also to areas that may be particularly important to you in a specific deal (e.g. that no IP should be involved).
FlexiFLAG is ideally used in conjunction with a standard (human) contract review to double-check that no essential terms were missed (especially those « accidentally » buried deep within clauses). This can be particularly useful with longer contracts or in emergencies where there is insufficient resource for a full review.
