LEXTrackTM accelerates contract data entry, retrieval and management for dozens of typical data points (e.g. effective date, territory, notice period) as well as any number of tailored additions you wish to track (e.g. identity of salesperson closing the deal).
Validated data architecture ensures that it’s difficult to mangle key information (especially dates). LexTRACK’s memory model allows lightning-fast lookup even for large data sets. Data privacy, encryption and support for foreign character sets have also been built in by design.
LEXTrack can be combined with FlexiSTAT to provide powerful visual representations of your contracting environment and inform commercial decision-making.
You can use the data in LEXTrack to populate high-volume contracting workflows through FlexiFILL.

An IP portfolio management add-on module is available for LEXTrack to easily track more than 40 typical data points relating to all types of intellectual property (e.g. priority date, class, registration status), with room for additional tailored data points that may be interesting for your business (e.g. regional costs).
An IP infringement management add-on module is available for LEXTrack to efficiently follow dozens of data points relating to infringements of intellectual property (e.g. identity of infringing parties, date of audit, type of breach).
This module includes FlexiLEX’s proprietary method for objectively and numerically assessing the risk posed by any infringement, as well as the mitigation efforts by counsel, which together provide a current risk level for any given asset. (This method depends on the characteristics of the specific portfolio asset being tracked, and thus requires some tailoring by our IP experts.)
